Two Grand Prix awards.
At an international competition with 55 professionals from Moldova and Ukraine, he won two Grand Prix awards: for creative haircutting and bridal hairstyling.
A new beginning in Germany.
In 2000, he moved from Chișinău to Germany. While learning German, he worked in an Italian salon and later with Winfried Löwel. Service, team leadership and quality became the foundation of his own vision.
The first salon in Nuremberg.
In January 2003, Nü-Art Exklusiv opened its doors: a place for individuality, quality and personal advice.
A master of his craft.
On 5 May 2008, Vitalie Novac received his master craftsman certificate in hairdressing from the Chamber of Crafts for Upper Franconia in Bayreuth.

Over the following 19 years, a total of 17 salons opened across Germany. Original collections, professional shows and training young talent shaped this period.
