2. Website delivery

When a page is opened, technically necessary connection data, particularly the IP address, is transmitted to the hosting service. The purpose is secure website delivery; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may provide the legal basis.

Before release, add the actual host, recipients, logged data, retention periods, processing agreements and any international transfers and safeguards. The platform’s privacy notices also apply to the private preview.

3. Contact by telephone or email

We process your contact details and enquiry to handle your request. Contract and booking enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(f). Our legitimate interest is responding appropriately to your enquiry.

Providing data is voluntary. Without sufficient contact and enquiry details, we may be unable to respond. We delete data when no longer needed, unless legal retention duties or legitimate reasons require continued storage.

4. Features and external links

Google Analytics and Google Ads are not enabled. Our own page-view counter is described below. There are no embedded maps or booking form. Images and fonts are served locally. Languages use separate pages without storing a language preference in the browser.

External links lead to services such as Google Maps, brand websites and reviews. You leave this site only when opening a link; the provider’s notices then apply. Hosting services and cookies require separate review.

4a. First-party page-view counter

The counter stores only the date, page category and number of views. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses, device identifiers or visitor histories. The hosting infrastructure processes necessary connection data separately.

We count pages loaded with JavaScript enabled, not individual people. Reloads and language changes count again. The 30-day period includes today and the previous 29 calendar days in Europe/Berlin. Known bots and browsers with DNT/GPC are excluded where possible; complete bot detection is not possible. These are our own figures without independent auditing. Visits before measurement began are not included.

5. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future.

You may complain to a data protection authority, particularly Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.

6. K-SCAN in the salon

This website does not perform K-SCAN scans or collect analysis images. Before salon use, you must receive separate information about the actual processing, recipients, retention and any necessary consent.
